Account Deletion
If you wish to stop using our service, please contact Crowdfundly at support@crowdfundly.com and request the deletion of your account. All provisions of this agreement, including rights regarding content you have submitted, will remain in effect after the termination of your account. For example, deleting your account will not automatically remove a page you have launched from the site. If you have signed up for a membership, information regarding your cancellation rights can be found on our website. To cease recurring payments for a relevant subscription, you must cancel your subscription following the provided cancellation rights. Deleting your account without canceling your subscription will not stop these payments.
About Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crowdfundly, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, partners, contractors, representatives, agents, and third-party providers from any and all claims, legal actions, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), and settlement amounts arising from or related to a breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws. We retain the right, at our sole discretion and expense, to assume exclusive control over any matter for which you have agreed to indemnify us. You also agree to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to us in the defense or settlement of such matters as required.
About Dispute Resolution
We highly encourage you to reach out to us if you encounter any issues before resorting to legal action. In the unfortunate event that a legal dispute arises, these Terms (along with other incorporated rules, policies, or guidelines) will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Crowdfundly fully complies with the DMCA and promptly responds to notices of alleged infringement that meet the law's requirements and our Copyright Policy. Agreement Between You and Us
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crowdfundly regarding the use of our Services. In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
