Creating an Account

To register for a Crowdfundly account, you must be 18 years of age or older. It is important to note that you are responsible for all activities associated with your account. While browsing Crowdfundly without an account is possible, certain features require registration, including choosing a username and password. To ensure accuracy and completeness, please provide us with precise information. Avoid impersonating others or selecting offensive names that violate anyone's rights. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the cancellation of your account.

You are solely accountable for all actions performed using your account and must keep your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please report it to support@crowdfundly.com.

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the age requirements necessary to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. In some cases, we may request proof of age.

Prohibited Actions

Crowdfundly is used by a large community, and we expect responsible behavior from every member to maintain a positive environment. To be a part of this community, please refrain from engaging in the following activities on our site:

Avoid spamming: Do not distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or engage in activities such as running mail lists, listservs, or any form of auto-responder or spam on the Site.

Respect users' personal information: Any information you receive about other users, such as names, email addresses, or postal addresses, should only be used for participating in Crowdfundly. Do not misuse or exploit this information for any other purposes.

Do not post: Unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, or sexually explicit content, or any material deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Responsibilities and Disclaimers 

Crowdfundly is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our services. We do not involve ourselves in disputes between users or between users and third parties related to the use of our services. Additionally, we do not oversee the performance or punctuality of pages and content, nor do we endorse any user-submitted content on the site. By using our services, you release Crowdfundly from any claims, damages, or demands, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising from such disputes and your use of the services. Please note that accessing content through our services is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.


While signing up for a Crowdfundly account is free, we collect fees in conjunction with our payment partners for successfully supported pages. Please note that our partners' fees may slightly vary based on your location. Each payment provider is an independent entity, and Crowdfundly is not responsible for their performance. Additionally, you are responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Crowdfundly.

External Websites and Links 

Crowdfundly may contain links to external websites. Please be aware that accessing these third-party websites is done at your own risk. We do not control or endorse these sites.Crowdfundly partners with other companies, such as Stripe and PayPal, for payment processing. By supporting or creating a page, you are also agreeing to the terms of service of these payment processors.

Intellectual Property

Crowdfundly's services, content, and trademarks are legally protected through various means, including copyright, trademark, service marks, patent, trade secrets, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Please respect all copyright and legal notices, information, and restrictions found in any Crowdfundly Content, Services, or Marks accessed through the Site or the Services.

Do not alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Services.

Crowdfundly grants you a limited license that is temporary, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, and non-transferable, allowing you to access and use User Content and Crowdfundly's Content solely for the purpose of using the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, license, or otherwise transfer or use any User Content or Crowdfundly Content unless express written permission has been granted.

We reserve the right to revoke this limited license to access and use User Content and Crowdfundly Content at our sole discretion and at any time.

Protection of Your Intellectual Property

You are responsible for any royalties or licensing associated with your Content. This includes paying all amounts owed to any person or entity based on your Content or Crowdfundly's hosting of that Content.

Please remember that you are responsible for the content you post. Any information submitted to the Site, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is solely the responsibility of the originating person.

Crowdfundly will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in any content posted by users.

Account Deletion 

If you wish to stop using our service, please contact Crowdfundly at support@crowdfundly.com and request the deletion of your account. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. All provisions of this agreement, including rights regarding content you have submitted, will remain in effect after the termination of your account. For example, deleting your account will not automatically remove a page you have launched from the site. If you have signed up for a membership, information regarding your cancellation rights can be found on our website. To cease recurring payments for a relevant subscription, you must cancel your subscription following the provided cancellation rights. Deleting your account without canceling your subscription will not stop these payments.

About Indemnification 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crowdfundly, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, partners, contractors, representatives, agents, and third-party providers from any and all claims, legal actions, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs), and settlement amounts arising from or related to a breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws. We retain the right, at our sole discretion and expense, to assume exclusive control over any matter for which you have agreed to indemnify us. You also agree to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to us in the defense or settlement of such matters as required.

About Dispute Resolution 

We highly encourage you to reach out to us if you encounter any issues before resorting to legal action. In the unfortunate event that a legal dispute arises, these Terms (along with other incorporated rules, policies, or guidelines) will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. This applies without regard to conflicts of law principles and without the application of the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act or the United Nations Convention of Controls for International Sale of Goods.

About Copyright 

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act establishes a set of legal requirements for handling allegations of copyright infringement. Crowdfundly fully complies with the DMCA and promptly responds to notices of alleged infringement that meet the law's requirements and our Copyright Policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete or disable content that is alleged to infringe upon copyright and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. We take these actions when appropriate and based on our judgment.

Agreement Between You and Us 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crowdfundly regarding the use of our Services. They supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether oral, written, or electronic, concerning the Services and govern our relationship. In the event that any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.


We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, at our sole discretion. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no third party shall have any rights or benefits under these Terms. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that any claim arising out of or related to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary. Otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.
